Wilsena "Willie" Cornwell's career in construction began in 1994, where she quickly established herself as a dedicated professional. Starting as an Office Manager, Willie demonstrated a remarkable drive to understand every facet of the industry, steadily working her way through the ranks to ultimately achieve the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Her extensive experience spans diverse fields within construction, including Drywall, Concrete, Tenant Improvement, Ground Up Construction, Underground Utilities, and Heating and Air Conditioning. This broad exposure provided her with invaluable insights into the operational complexities of each sector.
Throughout her tenure, Willie developed a keen understanding of the critical safety compliances essential for protecting organizations. Beyond managing financial structures, her responsibilities consistently involved ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to city and state regulations. She honed a comprehensive skill set across the entire construction realm, excelling in areas such as Project Management, Contract Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Portfolio Maintenance. Laurence Cornwell - Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Specialist
Laurence Cornwell is a seasoned Safety Specialist with over 30 years of experience in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Basic Life Support instruction, alongside 20 years as an OSHA Safety Instructor. Originally hailing from London, England, Laurence has cultivated a diverse and impactful career that reflects his commitment to safety and training.
Laurence's professional journey began in the British Diplomatic Service and continued as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in London, where he developed a profound understanding of emergency response and safety protocols. He then founded his own business in England, providing First Aid, CPR, and safety training, as well as supplying essential safety products to various organizations across London.
His expertise further expanded during a brief tenure in Holland, where he delivered Safety Training for the European Space Agency, showcasing his ability to adapt and excel in international environments.
In 2004, Laurence relocated to San Diego, where he joined Zee Medical as a Territory Manager and First Aid, CPR, and Safety Instructor. His dedication to fostering a culture of safety has made him an invaluable asset to the team and the communities he serves.
